Globalization Essay
Globalization is a worldwide integration and development, or extending to other or all parts of the world and is the manufacturing process by which regional economies, societies, and cultures have become integrated through a global network of political ideas through communication, transportation and trade. Globalization offers many advantages to people and businesses. Which provides employment opportunities for people, a more available variety of goods and services to the consumers, more competitive price to the competitors, allows companies to achieve lower costs, access too bigger markets to business firms, and faster and wider spread of new technologies across the world. My topic relates to globalization because marijuana hemp can be grown to help bust out the economy Globalization contributes to economic issues in the way that it keeps poor countries poorer and rich countries richer. Globalization is a big force that only a few individuals can profit from it. Globalization requires communication between trades in order to maintain control on what is being traded. Every nation benefits from globalization and that was the idea when it was created but yet there is still countries without money and poor living conditions. Globalization can benefit form the legalization of marijuana because marijuana is the US’s largest cash crop at $35 billion larger than corn and wheat combined this can create jobs, also it can help to boost up the economy. The goal of legalization is not to make arrests easier, but rather to make our communities safer by regulating this substance. Regulation allows us to take it out of the market, controlling it and better to keep it away from the young people.
Globalization connects to my topic because it’s an economic issue to because the government is expending to much money to try to sop the drug war. The US government has spent more than $30 billion per year in real terms since the early 1980s to apprehend and convict drug dealers and users and to destroy crops. Marijuana does not kill brain cells; also there has never been a case of lung cancer or disease from marijuana use. For more than 4,000 years, cannabis has been one of the most widely use medicines a research has shown that each year 400,000 people die from tobacco which is legal, 100,000 people die from alcohol each year, 20,000 people die from all legal drugs each year, 15,000 people die from illegal drugs each year, 500 people die from aspirins each year and marijuana has 0 death when its illegal (Clinical Investigation 2005). There for marijuana should be legalize land tax it like alcohol and tobacco and can use that money to create jobs, more schools or hospitals.

Globalization essay
Globalization is growth to a global or worldwide scale. The United States
does not want to legalize marijuana because it would then cause the U.S.
to lose alot of money. Which means that less people are not going to be in
prisons. Around 60% of the prisons in the United States, the inmates are
offenders of marijuana charges. Or probably the U.S. thinks they will not
benefit from legalizing marijuana because the U.S. know now a days
people know where to get marijuana easily.
Globalization connects to my marijuana issue because both are
economical, which means they both deal with the world. If Marijuana
is legalized The U.S. could tax the revenues and will have additional
fund that can be used for awareness of the drugs affects and
treatment. Legalization will result in a decrease in deaths and
violence due to the unregulated blackmarket trade or Marijuana.
Legalizing marijuana is good because then the government could
tax it and that could bring the U.S back on its feet.
